不等500秒:

想不用等500秒，唯一方法是每下載完一個檔案，就去變更你的IP位址，
方法視乎你的情況，用以下其中一個方法 :

方法(1):

如果你是單機上網，每下載完一個檔案後，就先斷線，再重新撥號連線上網。

OR

方法(2):

如果你是先經路由器(Router)上網，每下載完一個檔案後，就重新啟你的路由器(Router)再連上網。
主要目的是先要斷了ISP線，然後再重新連上ISP，ISP就會給你一個新的IP位址。
